Statistics

    The North Haven Fire Department is a combination department of both career and volunteer firefighters.  We have one career station, Headquarters Company 1, and 3 volunteer stations.  Out of the Headquarters Company we run 3 pieces of equipment, Engine 1, Truck 1, and Emergency 1. 

    The Staff at Headquarters Company consists of 4 Lieutenants and 24 Firefighters which are assigned to 4 platoons.  Headquarters Company is staffed with 1 Lieutenant and 6 Firefighters at all times. 

    During the fiscal year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006 there was a total of 4,358 alarms in the Town of North Haven.  Of the total number of alarms Headquarters Company responded to 4,358 of them.
